Since being established in 1998, UEES' business has more than doubled, with sales of over £80 million, plant size 20,000sq metres, and employing around 360 people.

Exhaust Systems and Catalytic Convertors

• UEES provides exhaust solutions from the manifold to the tailpipe
• Robust fabricated manifold designs and unique muffler technology ensure the customer is able to comply with all of the latest Vehicle Emission requirements
• Using the latest designs, materials and manufacturing technology ensures a product that is durable for today's tough operating conditions

Diesel Particulate Filters

• Greater pressure is being put on Vehicle Manufacturers to deliver Greener solutions for their vehicles.
• In order to comply with future legislation particulate filters are to be installed on diesel vehicles
• These filters will remove over 90% of the fine particles that are generated by diesel engines
• Particulate filters are able to re-generate (or clean themsleves) by burning the particles out of the filter.

Fuel Tanks

• UEES manufacture some of today's most complex fuel tanks
• Constructed from a variety of steels (stainless steel, coated mild steel) and designed to cope with some of the most punishing applications
• UEES can provide a complete fuel tank package with in-house design, development and testing
• Using the latest manufacturing methods, customers can be assured that they will meet the very latest emmissions legislation

Fuel Filler Necks

• To enhance our fuels business, UEES has the capability of producing fuel filler necks for it automotive customers
• Providing a solution that meets the necessary emissions and crash requirements is of the utmost importance
• Manufacturing capabilities allow large and small bore tube manipulation to provide engineered solutions in today's tough emissions led market

Engine Components

• This is UEES' latest addition to its portfolio and this capability transferred to our Coventry site early in 2007
• UEES now has the ability to manufacture a wide variety of small bore tubular components for Vehicle Engine Manufacturers

• Manufactured using the latest furnace brazing technology, including the capability to braze stainless steel components
