



UEES applies Unipart thinking before any project takes place. The starting point is always to thoroughly understand a customer's requirements, and then exceed them - whether it's realising a client's own product design or working up a new concept.
We have comprehensive CAD capabilities, with experienced CADD5 and Catia designers. Designs can be computer-based or a physical on-vehicle build, the design facility being supported by a full prototype workshop capability.
We also offer extensive development and testing facilities including: CAE iterations in the form of CFD gas-flow simulation, FEA durability simulation and WAVE acoustic prediction. We can undertake on site vibration, pressure/vacuum and thermal physical testing. While at our German facility, engine dyno, rolling road and anaechoic chamber testing can be carried out.
